At the time of booking we will need to receive the following information: 

 

> Copy of guest passport.

 

> Telephone no., email and full address of guest.

 

> The vila consists of 3 double bedrooms with own en-suite shower/bathrooms in the main house, 1 large reception/dining room room and kitchen in the main house; 2 extra double bedrooms with a shower room, own open plan living/dining  room and kitchen in the Cassita. The number of guests that will stay in the property (adults and children)  are maximum 10 people.

> Check in at 16:00, check out at 11:00, for a late check or early check in if no guests are in the property it can be accommodated.    

 

>  The Vila includes 1 (5 hours)  or 2 cleanings (3 hours each) per week, if any extra cleaning needed it can be offered at an extra charge.

 

> 50% of the total reservation cost is due at time of booking. Final payment will be placed 30 days before check in/for less then a month bookings the final payment is due 14 days before check in.

> Reservations can be cancelled (in case of Covid restrictions) up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation will be charged, a security deposit of 2500 euro must also be sent 30 days  prior to arrival.

 

> We love pets but they are not allowed.

> Smoking inside the Vila is not allowed, will result in a fine.
